We offer international shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Please review the following information before placing an international order.

Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–10 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

・the destination country or region
・customs clearance procedures
・local postal services

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), import taxes, or customs handling fees may be charged when the package arrives in the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The amount and conditions of such taxes vary by country, and we are unable to determine or estimate these charges in advance.

Customs Clearance

During the customs clearance process, the local customs authority or delivery carrier may request information from the recipient, such as:
submission of identification documents
registration of a tax identification number
confirmation of the contents of the shipment
If such information is required, the recipient is responsible for completing the procedure.
Please also note that certain countries have additional requirements, for example:

・South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC)
・Taiwan: Real-name authentication (EZ WAY)
・Some EU countries: VAT and customs processing fees

Failure to complete these procedures may result in delivery delays.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

・local courier or postal service conditions
・severe weather or natural disasters
・international logistics disruptions
